89 year old man with his hand pinned between the vehicle body and the passenger side rear wheel. Crews secured the vehicle then cribbed and prepped the Paratech MultiForce Bag for operation. Once EMS secured an IV and administered pain medication the lifting operation began. The MultiForce Bag permitted a rapid, coordinated and safe extrication. The victim was transported to the local trauma center. This is the second rescue within the last 18 months utilizing the Paratech MaxiForce Bag.
