Kearsarge Fire Department

Kearsarge Fire Department was dispatched for a 05 year female who had her foot trapped in a chair. Crews arrived to find her foot was trapped between two metal bars on the underside of a recliner chair. Multiple relief cuts were made using a band-saw, angle grinder saw and Dremel saw. Multiple cuts still didn’t provide relief to free her foot. Crews then operated the small Paratech Air Lifting Bag to widen to gap and create enough room to free her foot. The airbag did so she was extricated and turned over to the care of EMS.
