We provide fire departments in the state of Michigan with the highest quality firefighting equipment and fire apparatus along with complete service and repair programs to support and maintain all our products. Extensive Support and Experience
Apollo’s owner, Robert Konupek, maintains a professional yet ‘family-like’ atmosphere with his business, emphasizing the importance of quality customer support. For products like Paratech, that customer support is provided by four Rescue Specialists who have extensive fire service experience. Two of the specialists teach for the MUSAR Training Foundation, the organization that hosts the Paratech Trench University each year.
In addition to the in-service equipment orientations that are provided for our customers, Apollo is proud to have sponsored a Paratech maintenance workshop where our customers learned how to do basic maintenance and repair on all their Paratech products. Apollo also supports numerous other educational programs around the state to help develop vital firefighter skills. Apollo is proud to be the preferred full-line Paratech representative for the state of Michigan, and we believe that providing quality customer support from as many angles as possible is the key to our continued success.
