Called for a one vehicle rollover with ejection and entrapment. Chief 401, Medic 407, Rescue 417, Medic 303 enroute. Chief 401 on scene, about ten City police cruisers blocking the roadway, had to park about 100 yards away. Noted one vehicle on its side and cops were in the creek line about 200 yards away. Arrived at vehicle on its side, noted one male patient in vehicle trapped with both arm under the vehicle (one under the roof and one under the rocker panel. Chief 40 requested Forth Morrow Engine 611 for manpower, Dispatch advised Rescue 313 was not in service, and requested Rescue 111 and Med flight due to mech-of-injury and prolonged extrication. Took approx. 15-20 minutes to get police vehicles out of the way to get rescue trucks to scene. Deployed four paratech rescue struts to stabilize vehicle and airbags to start lifting the vehicle.(5th strut was used to stabilize the vehicle’s engine while lifting. Cribbing was utilized for safety as vehicle was lifted high enough to get air cushions under the vehicle. Rescue 111 on scene provided rescue air cushions to lift the vehicle approx 24″ to free the patient’s arms from under the vehicle. the vehicle roof was cut off to gain access for patient removal. During extrication medics IO’d patient  and gave meds and fluid as needed. Patient removed from vehicle on backboard and taken to Medflight Helicopter to trauma center. During the rescue police found two additional patients that were ejected from vehicle and ran away from the incident. each transported to MGH by Medic-303 and Medic 28
