The Paratech hitch base is designed to create a high point anchor off a vehicle. Any vehicle with a 2″ hitch receiver will work, whether a pickup or heavy duty truck. The hitch base is equipped with a lockable rotating base plate to allow the Monopod to swivel with 360 degrees of freedom. The hitch base also comes equipped with a 5,000 lb load rated anchor ring for attachment points.
