Paratech Air Lifting Bag Pneumatic Control Equipment is built to be durable and long lasting. All Paratech control equipment is designed in house and manufactured at our headquarters in the United States. On top of our core control products, we offer a wide variety of accessories, nipples, couplings and other connectors to ensure your Air Lifting Bag system works the way you want it to.

Paratech’s top concern with all of our equipment is safety, and so Paratech’s Pneumatic Control system is designed with multiple fail-safes to ensure the operator is always safe. The regulator, deadman controller and shutoff valves are designed with integrated safety relief valves to protect the system from over pressurizing. All couplings are designed to vent air unless locked to the inlet nipple, ensuring that the system cannot be charged before it has been safely connected at each and every step. Additionally, all Paratech couplings and fittings are made of corrosion resistant and non-sparking brass to work in dangerous environments. At Paratech, safety is paramount.

Dual Deadman Bag Controller G3

The Dual Deadman Controller is milled from aircraft-grade aluminum and hard coat anodized to be sturdy and durable. Both color-coded pressure gauges are housed inside the controller body, protecting them shocks and damage. Inflation is controlled through color-coded, deadman style push-buttons, green to inflate, red to deflate. An integrated safety relief valve protects against over-pressurization. An internal check valve also prevents air from escaping the Air Lifting Bags if the feed hose is cut or severed. All couplings have a threaded safety lock system that vents system air unless locked, ensuring the system can only be fully pressurized if all couplings have been appropriately secured. The controller also has an easily replaceable light to illuminate the gauges in the dark.

The Paratech Air Lifting Bag Preset Regulator is milled from aircraft-grade aluminum and hard coat anodized to be sturdy and durable. It comes with a pressure relief valve to prevent any over-pressurization of the system. The preset regulator is set at 215 PSI (14.8 Bar) and is operated with a simple on off quarter turn valve. The DIN version comes with an inlet pressure gauge to monitor bottle pressure. The G3 preset regulator makes setting up your air lifting bag system easier than ever.

Shutoff and Inline Relief Valve

The Shutoff and Inline Relief Valve is milled from aircraft-grade aluminum and hard coat anodized to be sturdy and durable. Designed to relieve over-pressurization and allow a lift bag to remain inflated under a load. This valve will relieve excess pressure from an inflated air lifting bag caused by load shifts or temperature changes. Its safety coupling has a threaded safety lock system that vents system air unless secured to the input nipple.

Master Control Kit

The Master Control Kit is a full control kit in a single package. Securely housed within custom foam inserts inside a shock-proof, dust-proof, water-tight hardshell case, are all of the necessary control components for a 2 column, four bag lift. In addition to the core pneumatic control gear, the Master Control Kit also includes accessory fittings and replacement nipples for versatility and equipment repair.
